Susan Kennedy began her real estate career in 1983. She learned early in her career that loyalty, premier customer service, and constant presence in the market place were important to being successful.
Susan started the team approach in 1997 in order to better serve her growing customer base. The Kennedy Team includes 13 handpicked licensed Realtors, marketing specialist, transaction, and closing coordinators. Susan has instilled in her team the same sense of loyalty and premier customer service.
Susan and The Kennedy Team joined Vanguard Realty, GMAC because they focus on Premier Service and cutting edge technology. All of the team members are Premier Service Certified and many of the team members hold other designations as well.
The Kennedy Team has consistently been recognized as the #1 Team in Northeast Florida for NEFAR and The Jacksonville Business Journal since 1999. They have been awarded Realtor of the year several times in the past and are up for that award this year also. They have consistently been a Million Dollar Circle award winner with their New Construction sales. They have also been awarded #1 in transactions for GMAC Nationally since joining Vanguard in 2002. They were honored to receive the rating of #31 in the Wall Street Journal’s Top 200 Agents for 2006.
Susan has always been involved in all aspects of Real Estate including designations of ABR, CRS, Premier Service Certified, member of NEFAR, NEFBA, and SMC, and is continuing her strengths by earning the GRI designation this year. Her wealth of knowledge is respected throughout the industry and she sits on the advisory board of many local builders to share her expertise on planning and development of new communities.
Susan and The Kennedy Team contribute to many organizations including Children’s Miracle Network, Daniel Memorial, Hubbard House, American Cancer Society, & local School and Sports programs. She is also known in Jacksonville as an Animal Rescuer for the safety and welfare of lost, abused, and abandoned animals.
